Clarkdale Property Management is the Verde Valley practice of Barré Properties, a division of Barré & Company Realty LLC. We are a third-generation, family-run brokerage. The family built a property management business in Los Angeles before relocating to Arizona in 2020, and the Verde Valley connection is personal — our roots are in Cornville and Sedona.
That matters more than it sounds. Property management is a local business pretending to be a scalable one. The companies that manage the Verde Valley from a desk in Phoenix are perfectly competent right up until something needs a person standing in the driveway, and then the distance shows.
We manage across thirty-seven Arizona markets, but the Verde Valley is not an outpost for us. It is home.
We joined the Greater Verde Valley Chamber of Commerce because this is where our family is from and where a meaningful share of our management sits. We are also members of the Scottsdale Area Chamber, which is where the rest of the business lives.
